The Riverside Park Hotel Enniscorthy, Enniscorthy

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms. The meal included in our deal at the restaurant was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. However, upon arrival, there was a strong smell of smoke in our room, and the receptionist's disinterest in addressing our concern was disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous view of the river, and the staff was fabulous, especially in accommodating special requests for my daughter's booking.

The hotel rooms were spacious, warm, and immaculately clean throughout, but suffered from late-night uncontrolled noise and lacked air conditioning which made it too warm. The service was mixed, with kind staff overall, but some requiring retraining in customer service. The location was safe and close to town, with a lovely riverside setting. The dining experience varied from bad to excellent, with a wide selection of foods available. Overall, the friendliness of the staff and professional service were outstanding, but the noise disturbance and lack of air conditioning were drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they showed signs of wear and tear, like missing grouting in the bathroom. Having our own little balcony was a nice touch. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with a standout performance from Linda at breakfast. The location, though hilly, was very good, but busy due to events like weddings.
